Ghau Ni Raab (Wholewheat flour pudding)
Ingredients
- 7 oz Wholewheat flour atta
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 24 floz Water hot
- 4 tbsp Jaggery gur
- 2 tsp Ginger powder sonth
- 12 Almonds badaam, blanched
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a pan; add wholewheat flour and saute till the flour turns light brown.
- Add hot water, jaggery, and ginger powder. Stir until the jaggery has dissolved completely. Adjust the sweetness to taste.
- Serve piping hot, garnished with almonds.
