  • 7 oz Wholewheat flour atta
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 24 floz Water hot
  • 4 tbsp Jaggery gur
  • 2 tsp Ginger powder sonth
  • 12 Almonds badaam, blanched


  • Heat the oil in a pan; add wholewheat flour and saute till the flour turns light brown.
  • Add hot water, jaggery, and ginger powder. Stir until the jaggery has dissolved completely. Adjust the sweetness to taste.
  • Serve piping hot, garnished with almonds.
