Ingredients
 

  • 3 3/4 oz Rice flour
  • 1 1/2 cups Water
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin jeera seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp Asafoetida hing
  • 1/2 tsp Green chillies chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp Soda bicarbonate
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp Green coriander Aara dhaniya, chopped

Instructions

  • Boil the water in a pan. Add cumin seeds, red chilli powder, asafoetida, green chillies, and salt. Mix well.
  • Add the rice flour and soda bicarbonate, stir vigorously with a wooden spoon to avoid lumps. Cover and simmer for 10 - 12 minutes.
  • Add the oil and green coriander. Mix well.
  • Serve hot with ghee, crushed pappad, pickle and yoghurt.
