Garlic Bread Pizzas
Ingredients
- 1.8 lb strong flour
- 2 tsp salt
- 4 tbsp yeast
- 1/2 pint water at 40°C
- 2 tsp sugar
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 2 tsp each of oregano and parsley
- 2 floz olive oil
Instructions
- Mix the pizza dough.
- Add a puree made by processing 6 cloves of garlic, 2 tsp each of oregano and parsley, 75 ml olive oil and mix well.
- Allow to prove and mould into long baton loaves.
- Lightly bake, cut in half lengthways and cover with any of the pizza garnishes/toppings before baking again.
