Carrot and Orange Salad
Ingredients
- 10 1/2 oz carrots
- 3 tbsp French dressing
- 2 oranges
for the garnish
- Watercress salad cress sprigs
Instructions
- Scrape the carrots and grate finely.
- Pour over the dressing and toss lightly.
- Peel the oranges, discarding all the white pith, and cut into slices.
- Pile the grated carrot into the centre of a serving dish.
- Arrange the orange slices round the edge and garnish with watercress sprigs before serving.
