Beetroot Salad
Ingredients
- 1.1 lb cooked beetroot beet
- 2 tsp grated horseradish
- 4 tbsp French dressing
Instructions
- Peel the beetroot and slice or dice it neatly.
- Place in a serving dish.
- Mix the horseradish with the dressing and spoon over the top of the salad.
- Chill for 1 hour before serving.
