Ingredients
 

  • 1.1 lb cooked beetroot beet
  • 2 tsp grated horseradish
  • 4 tbsp French dressing

Instructions

  • Peel the beetroot and slice or dice it neatly.
  • Place in a serving dish.
  • Mix the horseradish with the dressing and spoon over the top of the salad.
  • Chill for 1 hour before serving.
