Christmas Ciabatta Sandwich
A fresh, buttery, ciabatta bread sandwich filled with cooked turkey and lettuce and tomatoes.
Ingredients
- 1 ciabatta
- 3 tbsp tomato and chilli relish
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 4 slices cooked turkey
- 8 cooked cocktail sausages halved
- 2 - 3 slices cooked stuffing of your choice
- 4 cherry tomatoes sliced
Instructions
- Cut the ciabatta in half horizontally. Spread each half of the ciabatta with the chilli relish.
- On the bottom half of the sandwich lay over the lettuce leaves, slices of turkey, halved sausages, slices of stuffing and tomatoes.
- Put the two halves together and cut into 4 slices to serve
