Ingredients
 

  • 1.1 lb Apples seb, pureed
  • 1 tbsp Cornflour
  • 22 floz Skimmed milk
  • 4 tsp Raisins kishmish
  • 1 tsp Green cardamom choti elaichi powder
  • a pinch Nutmeg jaiphal powder

Instructions

  • Dissolve the cornflour in skimmed milk. Bring to the boil, stirring continuously. Cook for a few minutes till the milk thickens slightly.
  • Add apple puree, raisins, green cardamom powder, and nutmeg powder. Stir gently for a few minutes till the apple puree is cooked.
  • Serve chilled.
