Apple Kheer (Indian Apple pudding)
Ingredients
- 1.1 lb Apples seb, pureed
- 1 tbsp Cornflour
- 22 floz Skimmed milk
- 4 tsp Raisins kishmish
- 1 tsp Green cardamom choti elaichi powder
- a pinch Nutmeg jaiphal powder
Instructions
- Dissolve the cornflour in skimmed milk. Bring to the boil, stirring continuously. Cook for a few minutes till the milk thickens slightly.
- Add apple puree, raisins, green cardamom powder, and nutmeg powder. Stir gently for a few minutes till the apple puree is cooked.
- Serve chilled.
