Tuna and Apple Sandwich
Ingredients
- 4 large slices wholemeal bread
- 2 oz low-fat soft cheese
- 1 medium eating apple washed
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 7 oz can tuna in brine drained
- 2 spring onions trimmed and chopped
- 1 stick celery with leaves washed, trimmed and chopped
Instructions
- Spread the bread with the low-fat soft cheese.
- Core the apple and chop finely, toss in the lemon juice and mix into the tuna with the spring onions and celery. Pile onto the bread and serve.
