Cheese and walnut sandwich
Ingredients
- 2 thick slices of bread
- 3 oz cheese thinly sliced
- 1/2 oz walnut pieces
- black pepper
- half apple sliced
- lettuce sliced
- cucumber sliced
- tomato sliced
Instructions
- Spread the bread with butter or low
- fat spread.
- Place the cheese on one slice, sprinkle with walnut pieces and season with black pepper.
- Top with apple, lettuce, cucumber and tomato slices.
- Place remaining slice of bread on top.
