  • 4 large green apples
  • 2 oz chopped unsugared dates
  • 4 tbsps sugar-free muesli
  • 1 oz low fat spread
  • 4 floz pure apple juice


  • Core the apples. Prick the skins in several places, but do not peel.
  • Fill the cavities with a mixture of the muesli and dates.
  • Place the apples in a casserole so that they are touching.
  • Dot the filling with the low fat spread and pour over the apple juice. Bake for 3-4 minutes on HIGH, or until the apples are soft.
