  • 1.3 lb spaghetti Cooked
  • 6 crushed cloves of garlic
  • 3 whole dried red chillies
  • 4 1/3 floz olive oil

Instructions

  • Lightly fry 6 crushed cloves of garlic and 3 whole dried red chillies in 4 1/3 floz olive oil, then remove and discard the garlic and chillies.
  • Toss the cooked spaghetti in the same pan and serve.
