Italian Spaghetti Bolognese
This classic spaghetti Bolognese recipe is rich in flavour and makes an excellent mid-week dinner.
Ingredients
- 21 oz spaghetti
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 oz butter
- 1 pint Bolognaise Sauce
- 2 1/2 oz grated Parmesan cheese
- salt and milled peppe
Instructions
- Place the spaghetti into plenty of simmering salted water and move it around gently to prevent it sticking; cook for 8-10 minutes, then drain in a colander.
- Melt the butter in a shallow pan, add the hot spaghetti and stir with a fork. Season with salt and black pepper.
- Place in a serving dish accompanied by a sauceboat of the sauce and grated Parmesan cheese.
