Italian Spaghetti con Pomodoro e Basilico

- 4 chopped cloves of garlic
- 4 1/3 floz olive oil
- 9 1/2 oz strips of tomato flesh
- 1.3 lb cooked and drained spaghetti
- grated Parmesan cheese
- chopped fresh basil.
Instructions
- Golden fry 4 chopped cloves of garlic in 4 1/2 floz olive oil, add 9 1/2 oz strips of tomato flesh, season and cook for 5 minutes.
- Toss 1.3 lb cooked and drained spaghetti in the same pan and serve accompanied by grated Parmesan cheese and chopped fresh basil
