Ice-Cream (Kulfi)
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients and spoon the mixture into six small moulds. Tightly cover with foil and put into the freezing compartment of the refrigerator.
- Shake the moulds three times during the first hour of freezing.
- When the mixture is firm and set, remove from the refrigerator and dip the bottoms quickly in boiling water.
- Invert on to serving plates, giving the moulds a sharp shake. Serve at once.
