Ingredients
 

  • 2 dessert apples cored and sliced
  • 2 oranges peeled, pith removed and segmented
  • 1 banana sliced
  • 8 oz black grapes deseeded
  • 4 oz strawberries sliced
  • 2 tablespoons clear honey
  • 1/2 pint dry cider

Instructions

  • Mix all the fruit together in a large serving bowl. Stir the honey into the cider. Pour the liquid over the fruit and leave to cool.
  • Serve chilled with single or double cream.
