
Fresh Fruit Salad #2
Ingredients
- 2 dessert apples cored and sliced
- 2 oranges peeled, pith removed and segmented
- 1 banana sliced
- 8 oz black grapes deseeded
- 4 oz strawberries sliced
- 2 tablespoons clear honey
- 1/2 pint dry cider
Instructions
- Mix all the fruit together in a large serving bowl. Stir the honey into the cider. Pour the liquid over the fruit and leave to cool.
- Serve chilled with single or double cream.
