Pears With Chocolate Rum Sauce
Ingredients
- 4 oz plain chocolate
- 4 tbsps dark rum
- 1/2 oz butter
- 4 pears peeled and cored
to garnish:
- chopped nuts
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate, rum and butter in a bowl over a saucepan of boiling water. Stir until smooth.
- Pour over the pears and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
