
Endive, Goat's Cheese And Walnut Salad
Ingredients
- 1 curly endive
- 5 oz walnut halves
- 6 oz goat's cheese cubed
- 1 tbsp cider vinegar
- 3 tbsps walnut oil
Instructions
- Trim the curly endive, wash gently and dry. Break off into sprigs. Place in a salad bowl with the walnuts and goat's cheese. Beat the vinegar with seasoning, then beat in the oil.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well. Serve at once.
