  • 4 chicken pieces
  • 1 lemon
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 medium eggs
  • 1.5 oz cheese grated
  • 1.5 oz breadcrumbs
  • fat for deep frying
  • 4 oz mushrooms
  • 1 oz butter
  • 2 oz almonds toasted
  • 1 lettuce


  • Sprinkle the chicken pieces with lemon juice.
  • Season and leave in a cold place for 2 hours.
  • Dip in beaten egg.
