
Country Chicken Burgers
When your family and friends come over to watch the game, whip up these scrumptious country chicken burgers and enjoy a good time.
Ingredients
- 8 oz skinless and boneless chicken thigh meat
- 1 onion
- 4 oz sausage meat
- 2 oz fresh brown or white breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves or 1 teaspoon dried thyme
Instructions
- Mince the chicken by hand or in a food processor until fairly coarse. Then finely chop the onion and sausage meat.
- Combine all of the ingredients and work together until evenly mixed, then shape the mixture into 4 burgers.
- Cook the burgers under a preheated grill set at a medium setting for about 15 minutes, turning once, until golden on both sides.
