Cheese and Salami Salad
This is a great appetizer for your next party- it's quick and easy to put together, and all the ingredients can be found at any grocery store.
Ingredients
- 4 oz Gruyere cheese
- 4 oz Edam cheese
- 4 oz salami sliced
- 6 black olives
- 2 oz cocktail gherkins chopped
- chives to garnish
Instructions
- Dice the Gruyere and Edam cheeses into 1 cm (1/2 in) cubes. Cut a slit in each piece of salami from the centre to the edge and roll to form a cone. Arrange the cheeses and salami cones on a serving dish.
- Halve and stone the black olives and add them to the dish with the cocktail gherkins.
- Chill for about 30 minutes.
- Serve garnished with chopped fresh chives.

Flavour bottled mayonnaise with tomato puree, Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt and paprika. Thin with cream or yogurt to serve with this salad.
