Celeriac Salad (Salade de Celeri-rave)
Instructions
- Peel and cut the celeriac into very fine julienne. Place immediately into cold water to which lemon juice has been added to prevent discolouration.
- Drain well, season with salt and pepper and combine with the mayonnaise.
