This Caribbean Cream Stout Punch recipe is the perfect drink to cool down with after a long summer day.

Ingredients
 

  • 16 floz stout
  • 1/2 pint evaporated milk
  • 5 tbsp condensed milk
  • 5 tbsp sherry
  • 2 - 3 drops vanilla essence
  • freshly grated nutmeg

Instructions

  • Mix together the stout, evaporated and condensed milks, sherry and vanilla essence in a blender or food processor, or whisk together in a large mixing bowl, until creamy.
  • Add a little grated nutmeg to the stout mixture and blend or whisk again for a few minutes.
  • Chill for at least 45 minutes until really cold before serving.
