
Caribbean Cream Stout Punch
This Caribbean Cream Stout Punch recipe is the perfect drink to cool down with after a long summer day.
Ingredients
- 16 floz stout
- 1/2 pint evaporated milk
- 5 tbsp condensed milk
- 5 tbsp sherry
- 2 - 3 drops vanilla essence
- freshly grated nutmeg
Instructions
- Mix together the stout, evaporated and condensed milks, sherry and vanilla essence in a blender or food processor, or whisk together in a large mixing bowl, until creamy.
- Add a little grated nutmeg to the stout mixture and blend or whisk again for a few minutes.
- Chill for at least 45 minutes until really cold before serving.
