Broad Beans with Bacon and Sausage
This recipe is made with bacon, sausage, and broad beans. One of the best combinations.
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 oz lardons of bacon
- 2 1/2 oz sliced chorizo sausage
- 3 1/2 oz chopped onion
- 1 tsp coriander leaves
- 3 1/3 lb broad beans
- stock
- salt
Instructions
- Sauté 75 g lardons of bacon and 75 g sliced chorizo sausage in lard with 100 g chopped onion and 10 g coriander leaves.
- Add 1.5kg broad beans, moisten with stock, season with salt and simmer until cooked.
