Blue Cheese Salad Dressing
Ingredients
- 6 3/4 floz olive oil
- a good pinch of salt
- 1/2 floz mild vinegar
- 1/4 tsp dried thyme optional
- 2 oz blue cheese
Instructions
- Put the oil, salt, and vinegar in a bowl or in the goblet of an electric blender.
- Crush the thyme if required, and crumble the cheese.
- Add to the other ingredients, and whisk or blend until smooth.
