Cream Salad Dressing
Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp made English mustard
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp caster sugar superfine granulated
- 4 tbsp double cream heavy cream
- 1 tbsp malt or wine vinegar
- 1 tsp tarragon vinegar
Instructions
- Mix the mustard, salt, and sugar together.
- Stir in the cream. Add the vinegars, drop by drop, beating the mixture all the time.
