Ingredients
 

  • 1/2 tsp made English mustard
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp caster sugar superfine granulated
  • 4 tbsp double cream heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp malt or wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp tarragon vinegar

Instructions

  • Mix the mustard, salt, and sugar together.
  • Stir in the cream. Add the vinegars, drop by drop, beating the mixture all the time.
