Bhutta Sika Hua (Roasted corn on corb)
Ingredients
- 6 Corn bhutta on corb, fresh, tender, peeled
- Butter optional
- 3 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1 Lemon nimbu, halved
Instructions
- Place the corn directly on the fire. Keep rotating it so that it cooks evenly. Remove when brown.
- Smear with butter, salt, and red chilli powder and rub the lemon over it.
- Serve warm.
Notes
The best result is obtained by cooking the corn on embers of charcoal fire or the barbecue.
