Baked Sardines (Psari Riyanato) Greek
Sardines are an excellent food, rich in omega-3 and vitamin D and low in mercury and other heavy metals relative to other fish.
- lemon juice
- olive oil
- chopped oregano
- Place sardines in a shallow dish, moisten with lemon juice and olive oil, add chopped oregano and salt, then bake at 200°C for 5 minutes, basting once.
