Avocado Soup #3
Ingredients
- 2 avocados peeled, stoned and chopped
- 1 1/2 pints chicken stock
- 1 tbsp chives chopped
- 2 tbsps lemon juice
- dash of Tabasco sauce
Instructions
- Blend avocados in a food processor or liquidiser until smooth.
- Add remaining ingredients, season with black pepper. Blend again. Serve chilled.
