Ingredients
 

  • 2 avocados peeled, stoned and chopped
  • 1 1/2 pints chicken stock
  • 1 tbsp chives chopped
  • 2 tbsps lemon juice
  • dash of Tabasco sauce

Instructions

  • Blend avocados in a food processor or liquidiser until smooth.
  • Add remaining ingredients, season with black pepper. Blend again. Serve chilled.
