Yogurt and Banana Dessert
Any type of yogurt can be used for this very quick and easy recipe, and there are many varieties to choose from.
Ingredients
- 10 oz natural yogurt
- 5 floz fresh double cream
- 3 ripe bananas mashed
- grated rind and juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp caster sugar
- 1 egg white
- grated lemon rind and fresh mint leaves to decorate
Instructions
- in a large bowl, whisk the yogurt and cream together until lightly stiff, then stir in the bananas, lemon rind and juice and sugar to taste.
- in a medium bowl, whisk the egg white until stiff, then fold gently into the mixture. Chill until ready to serve.
- Pour into 4 glass dishes, and serve, decorated with lemon rind and fresh mint leaves.
