Tangy Orange Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 large baked potatoes
- 1 pt good brown gravy
- 1 tbsp thick orange marmalade
- 1 tbsp sherry
Instructions
- Whisk all ingredients together.
- Split the baked potato and pour the sauce over.
- Alternatively, scoop out the flesh and mix with the sauce.
- Then arrange the mixture back in the shells and place under a hot grill until lightly browned on top.
