Spiced Meat Stuffing
Ingredients
- 8 oz chopped onion
- 2 floz oil
- 12 oz minced beef
- 1 pint brown stock
- seasoning
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp allspice
- 7 1/2 floz pomegranate juice
- 1 oz sugar
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Golden fry 8 oz chopped onion in 2 floz oil, add 12 oz minced beef, 1 pint brown stock, seasoning, 1 tsp cinnamon and 1/2 tsp allspice.
- Simmer until the liquid has evaporated. Skim off any fat and moisten with 7 1/2 floz pomegranate juice, 1 oz sugar and 4 tbsp lemon juice.
- Serve with roast pork or veal.
