Savoury Grilled Sea Bream
Ingredients
- 14 oz sea bream fillets
- 1 tsp chopped gherkins
- 1 tsp chopped capers
- salt and pepper
- 4 tsp salad oil
- 2 tsp white wine vinegar
for the garnish
- chopped parsley
Instructions
- Remove the rack of the grill pan.
- Wipe the fish and season it with salt and pepper, Place, skin side up, in the bottom of the grill pan.
- Heat the grill to give a medium heat.
- Mix together all the other ingredients except the parsley, and pour over the fish.
- Grill steadily for 15 minutes, turning once and basting frequently with the sauce.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
