Potato Salad (Salade de Pommes de Terre)
Ingredients
- 1.3 lb small potatoes
- 2 tsp chopped onion or chives
- chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp French dressing
- 6 3/4 floz mayonnaise
Instructions
- Boil the potatoes in their skins, cool, then peel.
- Dice or cut into 1 cm slices.
- Add the onion, parsley and French dressing to the potatoes while still warm and mix in gently.
- Season to taste, then mix in the mayonnaise.
