Potato and Onion Curry
Ingredients
- 7 oz Potatoes thinly sliced
- 2 oz Onions thinly sliced
- 1 floz Vegetable oil
- 1 tsp Turmeric haldi powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tsp Red chilli powder
- 4 floz Water
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a wok (kadhai); add onions and saute till light pink in colour.
- Add potatoes and saute for 3 - 4 minutes.
- Add turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder, and water.
- Cook on medium heat till the potatoes are done and the mixture has dried. Serve hot.
