Peanut Butter Cookies #2
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp golden syrup
- 5 oz polyunsaturated margarine
- 4 oz soft brown sugar
- 4 oz crunchy peanut butter
- 10 oz self raising wholewheat flour
Instructions
- Heat the syrup, margarine, and sugar until melted. Stir in the peanut butter and flour.
- Roll into balls and place on greased baking sheets.
- Bake at Mark 4 (180°C) 350°F for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool for a few minutes then transfer to a rack.
