Ingredients
 

  • 11 oz Papaya raw, diced
  • 4 tsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp Panch phoran
  • 2 1/2 oz Sugar
  • 2 floz Water
  • 2 tbsp Raisins Jdshmish
  • 1 3/4 floz Lemon nimbu juice

Instructions

  • Heat the oil in a wok (kadhai); add panch phoran and saute for a few seconds.
  • Add papaya and saute for 4 minutes. Add sugar, water, and raisins; cook till the papaya is soft and the water is nearly dried.
  • Pour in the lemon juice, mix well and remove from heat.
  • Serve chilled.
