Papaya Chutney
Ingredients
- 11 oz Papaya raw, diced
- 4 tsp Vegetable oil
- 1 tsp Panch phoran
- 2 1/2 oz Sugar
- 2 floz Water
- 2 tbsp Raisins Jdshmish
- 1 3/4 floz Lemon nimbu juice
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a wok (kadhai); add panch phoran and saute for a few seconds.
- Add papaya and saute for 4 minutes. Add sugar, water, and raisins; cook till the papaya is soft and the water is nearly dried.
- Pour in the lemon juice, mix well and remove from heat.
- Serve chilled.
