Ingredients
 

  • 2.2 lb Chicken minced
  • 2 Eggs whisked
  • 2 tsp Cumin jeera powder
  • 1 tsp Yellow chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp White pepper safedmirch powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 tbsp Cashew nut kaju paste
  • 4 tsp Ginger adrak paste
  • 4 tsp Onion paste
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • a pinch of Saffron kesar, soaked in 2 tbsp warm milk
  • 5 tbsp Green coriander hara dhaniya, chopped
  • 3 1/4 oz Processed cheese grated
  • 4 tsp Vegetable oil

Instructions

  • Mix the chicken mince with all the ingredients except oil and keep aside for 30 minutes.
  • Shape the chicken mince mixture along the length of the skewers to shape into kebabs.
  • Cook in a tandoor for 6 - 8 minutes. Remove from tandoor, baste with oil and cook further for another 5 minutes or until brown.
  • Remove from skewers and serve hot.
