Simple Blender Batter
Ingredients

- 1 egg
- Pinch of salt
- 6 tablespoons skimmed mil
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients into the bowl of a food processor or blender and whizz for about 45 seconds or until the mixture is smooth.
- Leave the batter to rest for an hour before using.
