Ingredients
- 13 oz gnocchi from the packet
- 13 oz goat's cheese
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 13 oz chopped tomatoes
- salt
- pepper
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/4 pint red wine
- herbs for decoration
Instructions
- Cook the gnocchi following the instructions on the packet. Dice the goat's cheese. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and cook the goat's cheese and chopped tomatoes.
- Season everything with salt, pepper and thyme. After approximately 2 minute: add the red wine and leave to simmer on a low flame for about 4 to 5 minutes.
- Drain the gnocchi using a colander and arrange together with the sauce on plates. Decorate with herbs and serve.
