  • 13 oz gnocchi from the packet
  • 13 oz goat's cheese
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 13 oz chopped tomatoes
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/4 pint red wine
  • herbs for decoration


  • Cook the gnocchi following the instructions on the packet. Dice the goat's cheese. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and cook the goat's cheese and chopped tomatoes.
  • Season everything with salt, pepper and thyme. After approximately 2 minute: add the red wine and leave to simmer on a low flame for about 4 to 5 minutes.
  • Drain the gnocchi using a colander and arrange together with the sauce on plates. Decorate with herbs and serve.
