Cucumber and Yogurt Salad
Ingredients
- 10 portions of sliced cucumber
- salt
- 1 pint yogurt
- 2 oz cream
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp chopped mint
- 2 chopped cloves of garlic
Instructions
- Place 10 portions of sliced cucumber in a colander, season with salt and retain for 1 hour, then press out the liquid. Combine the cucumber with a dressing made of 600 ml yogurt, 75 ml cream, 1 tsp lemon juice, 2 tsp chopped mint and 2 chopped cloves of garlic.
