Cucumber Salad
Ingredients
- 1 large cucumber
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp French dressing
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tsp chopped tarragon
Instructions
- Slice the cucumber thinly and salt it. Rinse and place in a serving dish.
- Pour over the dressing and sprinkle with the herbs before serving.
- Note To salt cucumber, slice thinly and place in a large colander. Sprinkle over 1 tsp salt and leave for 30—40 minutes to drain. Remove, pat dry and use as required.
