Ingredients
 

  • 1 large cucumber
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 10 1/2 oz natural yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp chopped mint
  • a pinch of sugar

Instructions

  • Slice the cucumber thinly and salt it.
  • Drain thoroughly, turn into a bowl, and add the yoghurt, vinegar, mint, and sugar.
  • Season, and pile into a serving bowl.
