Cucumber and Yoghurt Salad
Ingredients
- 1 large cucumber
- 1 tsp salt
- 10 1/2 oz natural yoghurt
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp chopped mint
- a pinch of sugar
Instructions
- Slice the cucumber thinly and salt it.
- Drain thoroughly, turn into a bowl, and add the yoghurt, vinegar, mint, and sugar.
- Season, and pile into a serving bowl.
