Ingredients
 

  • 9 oz Corn bhutta kernels, crushed
  • 8 floz Milk
  • 1 oz Butter
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp White pepper safed mirch powder

Instructions

  • Mix the crushed corn with milk and bring to the boil. Cook, stirring constantly, till the mixture thickens.
  • Add the remaining ingredients; mix well. Remove from heat and serve as a topping on toast or as a stuffing in grilled sandwiches.
