Corn cooked in milk (Doodh Ka Bhutta)
Ingredients
- 9 oz Corn bhutta kernels, crushed
- 8 floz Milk
- 1 oz Butter
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp White pepper safed mirch powder
Instructions
- Mix the crushed corn with milk and bring to the boil. Cook, stirring constantly, till the mixture thickens.
- Add the remaining ingredients; mix well. Remove from heat and serve as a topping on toast or as a stuffing in grilled sandwiches.
