Ingredients
- 1.5 lb long grain rice cooked and drained
- 1.5 lb sweetcorn kernels cooked and drained
- 6 red peppers deseeded and diced
- 1 lb petits pois cooked and drained
- 15 oz cannned mandarin segments drained
- 1 bunch spring onions trimmed and finely sliced
- 1/2 lb green stuffed olives sliced
- 1/2 lb hazelnuts chopped
Instructions
- Combine all the salad ingredients in large bowls. Pour over some Vinaigrette Dressing.
