Chilli Relish (Nam Prik Poa) Thai
Ingredients
- 20 soaked and dried red chillies
- 4 chopped cloves of garlic
- 2 1/2 oz chopped shallot
- 2 floz groundnut oil
- 5 1/3 floz lemon juice
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp nam pla
Instructions
- Fry 20 soaked and dried red chillies, 4 chopped cloves of garlic and 2 1/2 oz chopped shallot in 2 floz groundnut oil and allow to cool. Blend to a paste with 5 1/3 floz lemon juice, 1 tsp sugar and 2 tbsp nam pla.
