Camembert Fritters (Beignets de Camembert)
Ingredients
- Camembert
- Flour
- Yeast batter
Instructions
- Cut the rind off a Camembert and divide into eight pieces; dip into flour then into yeast batter and golden deep fry for 5 minutes.
Notes
Brie can also be treated in this way and these two cheeses can also be served warm and runny by keeping them in a hotplate.
