Besan Ki Chutney (Roasted gram flour chutney)
Ingredients
- 3 1/2 oz Gram flour besan, roasted
- 4 floz Water
- Salt to taste
For the tempering:
- 2 tsp Vegetable oil
- 1/3 tsp Mustard seeds rai
- 1 sprig Curry leaves kadhi patta
- 5 Dry red chillies sookhi lal mirch
Instructions
- Mix gram flour with water to make a smooth paste. Add salt and mix well.
- For the tempering, heat the oil in a pan; add mustard seeds and saute till it crackles. Add curry leaves and dry red chillies. Stir and remove from heat. Pour this over the gram flour paste, mix and serve with any dish.
