Ingredients
 

  • skate portions
  • milk
  • cloves
  • bayleaf
  • peppercorns
  • braised sauerkraut

Instructions

  • Poach skate portions in milk flavoured with cloves, bayleaf and peppercorns. Drain, pass through butter and flour, then wrap in foil and bake.
  • Serve with braised sauerkraut.
