- skate portions
- milk
- cloves
- bayleaf
- peppercorns
- braised sauerkraut
Instructions
- Poach skate portions in milk flavoured with cloves, bayleaf and peppercorns. Drain, pass through butter and flour, then wrap in foil and bake.
- Serve with braised sauerkraut.
