
White Wine Marinade
Use for fresh salmon steaks, rainbow trout, plaice or whiting, prawns or chicken.
Ingredients
- 8 floz dry white wine
- 2 floz olive oil
- 2 shallots or 1 small onion finely sliced
- 1 garlic clove peeled and crushed
- juice of 1 small lemon
- 1 tsp chopped fresh tarragon or dill
- 6 black or green peppercorns crushed
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together and pour over fish or meat.
