Vinaigrette Sauce
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp French dressing
- 1 tsp finely chopped gherkin
- 1/2 tsp finely chopped chives or shallot
- 1/2 tsp finely chopped parsley
- 1 tsp finely chopped capers
- 1/2 tsp finely chopped tarragon and/or chervil
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients together and leave for at least 1 hour before using for the flavours to blend.
